Halifax, (NS) - January 4th 2016, the Halifax Hurricanes Basketball Club announce the release of Guard, Alex Johnson.
Halifax Hurricanes are pleased to announce the signing of 6'1 Point Guard, Ty Nurse. Nurse is a Canadian born in Vancouver, British Columbia. Nurse played collegiate basketball at Midland College in Texas, before completing his NCAA career at Texas Tech. Nurse also has experience competing with the Canadian Junior National Team in 2009.
General Manager of Basketball Operations Andre Levingston said, "Ty Nurse gives us another high IQ player with overseas experience and we're excited to have him join the club"
