HOUSTON, TX (Saturday, April 27, 2013) - The Houston Dynamo will aim to set another league record on Sunday when they host the Colorado Rapids at BBVA Compass Stadium, presented by United Healthcare. With a win or a draw, the Dynamo can surpass Real Salt Lake's MLS record 29-game regular season home unbeaten streak. Kickoff is at 4 p.m. CT and tickets are still available at www.HoustonDynamo.com or at the stadium ticket office (2200 Texas St., Houston) from 10 a.m. through kickoff on Sunday.

Sunday's game will be broadcast live on Comcast SportsNet Houston and UniMás (Spanish). It can be heard on Yahoo Sports Radio 1560 AM and La Ranchera 850 AM (Spanish).

Two weeks after the Dynamo set a league record for a home unbeaten streak in all competitions at 35 games, they can eclipse Real Salt Lake's regular season record (29 games, 2009-2011) with a win or a draw on Sunday. Houston has not lost a competitive home game since June 18, 2011.

The Dynamo (4-2-1; 13 points) are tied for second place in the Eastern Conference with the Montreal Impact and a point behind conference leader Sporting Kansas City. The Rapids (2-4-2; 8 points) ended a two-game win streak with a 1-0 home loss to Seattle Sounders on Saturday.

Sunday's game is the only meeting between Houston and Colorado in the 2013 regular season.

The Dynamo are 7-6-4 all-time against the Rapids. The clubs last met in Houston on May 4, 2011 and the Rapids earned a 2-1 win for their only win in the Bayou City after an 0-4-2 start. The Dynamo fell to the Rapids in their only meeting last season, a 2-0 defeat on the final day of the regular season. Houston forward Brian Ching has ten career goals against Colorado, including a four-goal performance in the inaugural Dynamo game in 2006.

Houston defender Jermaine Taylor will be unavailable due to a red card suspension. In addition, several players are questionable due to injury, including Brad Davis (adductor strain), Adam Moffat (hamstring strain) and Cam Weaver (lower back injury).
