O'Fallon traveled to Clinton on Friday night to take on the LumberKings for the fourth time of the season. The Hoots had taken the previous three and took the fourth tonight here at NelsonCorp Field with a final score of 6-3.
With the win the Hoots improve to 30-26 (12-14), Jack Crowder got the win improving to 2-0 on the year. The loss for the LumberKings drops the team to 26-30 (13-12), Ryne Schooley gets the loss and drops to 2-3.
With the loss and a Quincy loss, the LumberKings still hold a 1.5 game lead in the Great River Division second half. Tomorrow's game at Veterans Memorial Ball Park against the Illinois Valley Pistol Shrimp is set for a first pitch at 7:05.
