Newark Bears News Release
Newark, NJ: The Newark Bears will be hosting a baseball clinic for kids from ages 8-17 on August 22nd-25th at the Newark Bears Riverfront Stadium. The clinic will be taught by our very own Newark Bears players and coaches to help kids improve their skills and learn new techniques along with walking away with an experience of a lifetime. On Thursday, August 25, 2011 the clinic will end by having a Homerun Derby Baseball game with a mix of the Newark Bears players and the clinic participants at 12:00pm to show off the skills and techniques they have learned. We are opening the game to the public to show what a positive effect the clinic has on the kids.
