
Home Opener Tickets On Sale Tuesday

Brandon, Manitoba -- Tickets to the 2009 Coca Cola Home Opener scheduled for Friday, September 25th against the visiting Swift Current Broncos go on sale Tuesday, September 8th.
Fans can purchase tickets by calling 726-3555, online at ticketmaster.ca or by visiting the Keystone Centre's box office, which is currently in the Pioneer Lounge because of recent renovations to the arena's main concourse.
This year's Home Opener comes one week after Brandon brings the curtain up on their 2009-10 Western Hockey League regular season with a game against the Raiders in Prince Albert.
In related news, the hockey team is reminding its season ticket holders that their 2009-10 packages can be picked up beginning Friday, September 11th at 10 a.m. in the Keystone Centre's South Parking Lot.
Friday night will also mark the Wheat Kings' final pre-season home game as they will kick off a home and home weekend series with the Moose Jaw Warriors.
In addition to picking up Season Tickets, interested fans can also stop by for more information on the many benefits of becoming a Wheat Kings' Season Ticket holder. As well, those fans that have purchased can also use this opportunity to purchase their 2010 MasterCard Memorial Cup ticket package and check out Brandon's new look Edge Reebok jerseys, which will be unveiled to the local media on Wednesday, September 9th at 11 a.m.
