HOGS FACE WOLVES FRIDAY, WELCOME ALEX MERAZ SATURDAY

Rockford, Ill.- The Rockford IceHogs are set to drop the puck with two division rivals this weekend.

The Hogs welcome the Chicago Wolves into the Rockford MetroCentre for a 7:05 p.m. puck drop on Friday. The first 2,500 fans into the building will pick up a Christmas stocking from the Rockford Park District and WXRX.

Then on Saturday, the Hogs take on the San Antonio Rampage at 7:05 p.m. U.S. Cellular, FOX 39 and 97ZOK present Alex Meraz, who plays "Paul" in the blockbuster movie The Twilight Saga: New Moon. Alex will be on hand to sign autographs and meet with fans from 6 p.m. to the end of the second period. 10x8 posters of Alex will be distributed by the IceHogs and U.S. Cellular free of charge.

Every customer that spends $15 or more at Hog Headquarters will receive a free ticket to the Harlem Globetrotters game at the Rockford MetroCentre on Friday, Jan. 8 at 7:05 p.m. Offer good while supplies last and the deal is limited to one voucher per customer per purchase.

Fans can also still take advantage of Texas Roadhouse gift certificates at Hog Headquarters. For every $25 spent at Hog Headquarters, customers will receive a $10 gift card to Texas Roadhouse.
