August 31, 2010 - North American Hockey League (NAHL)
Chicago Hitmen News Release
With their first NAHL season rapidly approaching the Chicago Hitmen spent the past weekend at the Chicagoland Motor Speedway volunteering at the Peak Antifreeze and Motor Oil Indy 300. All 25 players on the roster took a break from training camp and volunteered their time to work as servers in the luxury boxes for both days of racing. In the boxes were representatives from Peak Antifreeze, AFLAC, Fuzzy Vodka, Miller Brewing, and Bank of America.
The Hitmen begin play in the NAHL September 10th, in Janesville. The home opener is the next night September 11th, at West Meadows Ice Arena in Rolling Meadows at 7:30. Tickets are still available at the West Meadows box office.
