Hitmen Look to the Stars

Chicago Hitmen News Release

The Hitmen continue to add to their talent pool for next season, signing Brett Oldaker to a tender. Oldaker is a playmaking forward who along with other tenders Will Peltier, Hunter Long, and Alec DeAngelo should help add a spark to the Hitmen offense. Playing for the Pittsburgh Viper Stars U18 team Oldaker posted 78 points in 78 games on 39 goals and 39 assists.

Oldaker is from Cannonsburg, PA, and is a Pittsburg Penguins fan. Unsurprisingly as a result his favorite player is Sidney Crosby who Oldaker says he models his game after. Oldaker is a pass first forward who with 39 goals clearly can finish as well. To this point his favorite hockey memory was his high school team winning the Penguins Cup last season, and he hopes to continue winning at the next level as well. The 1992 birth year player credits his coaches and family for his success to this point especially his parents Tami and Roder Oldaker for all of the sacrifices they have made for him to play the game he loves.
