Hoffman Estates, IL- The Chicago Mustangs, proud members of the Major Arena Soccer League (www.MASLSoccer.com), are happy to announce that forward Hewerton Moreira has been named to the MASL Team of the Week after his stellar play this past weekend.
Hewerton has been key to Chicago's turnaround and this week was no different as he dominated the weekend series with 7 goals and 2 assists spearheading a major offensive surge and 2 huge wins for the Mustangs. Hewerton and the Mustangs will be looking to continue their forward momentum this Saturday as they travel to face division rival Milwaukee Wave.
