Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks News Release

DANBURY, CT - The Danbury Hat Tricks (12-41-3, 27 pts) finish their season series with the Jamestown Rebels (33-21-2-1, 69 pts) on Saturday afternoon.

On Friday, Danbury erased a 4-0 deficit to tie the game at six late in the third. Jamestown responded and took the game 7-6, but four Hat Tricks recorded multiple points in Mike Salandra, Gabe Dombrowski, Boris Skalos and Luka Sukovic.

Adam Johnson entered the game in relief and stopped 24 of 27 shots he faced. Danbury turned the game around after Johnson came off the bench and forced a goaltender change for Jamestown after the tying-goal in the third.

The Hat Tricks sent 10 shots on goal in the third period on Friday and scored on three of them. They will look to carry the momentum of the third period into Saturday's game.

After Saturday, Danbury will have three games remaining with a mid-week game at home against Maine and a final series in Johnstown, PA next weekend.

Puck drop is at 3 p.m. in Danbury Ice Arena and can be seen on HockeyTV.
