Hartford Athletic announced today that they have transferred goalkeeper Richard Sánchez to Memphis 901 FC. The transaction was completed prior to the USL Championship roster freeze on Friday, September 22nd.
Sánchez leaves Hartford after making 15 starts, recording 35 saves, one clean sheet, and posting a 2.34 GAA. The 29 year old split time in net with Joe Rice, making just two more starts than his fellow keeper on the year. Hartford's goalkeepers are now Joe Rice and Marvyn Dorchin.
