Gwinnett's Sullivan Suspended Four Games, Fined

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced that it has suspended Gwinnett right wing Dan Sullivan for four games and fined him an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Preseason Game #15 at Florida on Oct. 10.

Sullivan was assessed a Game Misconduct under Rule 40.5 - Abuse of Officials at 19:56 of the second period.

He is suspended under Rule 41 - Physical Abuse of Officials and fined under Rule 29 Supplemental Discipline.

Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.
