Grizzlies to hold mascot try-outs

The Gateway Grizzlies announced today that they will be holding Izzy the Grizzlie try-outs for the 2007 season.
The try-out, which will be held on Saturday April 14th, 2007, will take place at St. Clair Square's main entrance in Fairview Heights, IL. Registration for the event begins at 1:30 p.m. Auditions will begin at 2:00 p.m.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of auditions. If selected, the participant must have reliable means of transportation and must be able to attend all Gateway Grizzlies games and functions.
For a printable registration form, visit www.gatewaygrizzlies.com, click on Seasonable Positions under the Employment tab on the left-hand side. Applicants must have the registration form completely filled out the day of the try-out.

The Grizzlies open their 2007 home season Wednesday, May 23rd 2007 against the Southern Illinois Miners.
