Ohio Valley Greyhounds News Release
Wheeling, WV- The 2002 NIFL National Champion Ohio Valley Greyhounds will be holding a meet the team at Tony and Cleo's, Wednesday, April 2. The festivities start at 5:00 pm with autograph sessions and player introductions. Greyhound players and mascot Blitz will be on hand to greet all.
Meet the team will be accompanied by a live two hour broadcast and Hounds player interviews on "The Big One" News Radio 1170am.
The 2003 season opener will be broadcast live on WTOV-9 (NBC), pregame coverage to start at 7:00 pm. Championship banner drop will occur prior to kickoff at a new time of 8:05pm.
Don't miss Greyhounds quarterback Shane Franzer and wide receiver Steve Vagades on 100.5 WOMP-FM. Shane and Steve will be special guest with morning show legend Johnny O and Anna from 8:00am- 9:00am.
