AUGUSTA, GA - The Augusta GreenJackets, South Atlantic League affiliate of the San Francisco Giants, are excited to announce the release of their promotional schedule for the Inaugural Season at SRP Park
This year's schedule features many highly anticipated events taking place at SRP Park during this Inaugural Season. Throughout the summer, the GreenJackets will host multiple collectible giveaway nights, light up the sky for ten post-game firework shows (including Mega Memorial Day on Sunday, May 27th, Independence Day Extravaganza on Tuesday, July 3rd and Labor Day Celebration on Sunday, September 2nd), the 12th Annual Military Appreciation Night (7/28), Bark in the Park Days presented by Garden City Pet (5/21, 6/13, 8/1 & 8/26) and so much more.
"We are extremely excited to announce our Inaugural Promotional Calendar at SRP Park," stated GM Brandon Greene. "Our staff has worked hard putting together a unique and diverse promo calendar for the CSRA to enjoy this year!"
Highlighting the 2018 giveaways are:
April 12th - Commemorative Lanyard, Ticket Holder and Ticket for Inaugural Opening Day (5,000) - SRP Federal Credit Union
April 13th - Car Magnet Giveaway (2,000) - LifeLink Foundation of Georgia
April 16th - Team Photo Giveaway (2,000) and Autograph Session
April 27th - Koozie Giveaway (1,500) - Laurelwood Equipment Co.
May 13th - Augusta University Health/Pink in the Park Giveaway
May 25th - Cooling Towel Giveaway (1,000) - Coca-Cola
July 27th - Beach Towel Giveaway (1,000) - EDTS
August 24th - Auggie Bobblehead Giveaway (1,000) - Georgia Military College

The GreenJackets will be hosting five off-the-players-back jersey auctions throughout the Inaugural Season. Jersey Auction dates are May 13th (Pink in the Park Jersey), June 23rd (Star Wars Jersey), July 3rd (Independence Day Jersey), August 25th (SweetWater Brewery 90's Themed Jersey) & a Special Military Monday Jersey that will be worn every Monday game and auctioned off on Monday, September 2nd benefiting the Augusta Warrior Project. After each game, fans are brought onto the field to receive their jersey, take photos, and get players' autographs.

The GreenJackets announced on Thursday, March 15th that Single Game tickets for the Inaugural Season at SRP Park will be going on sale at BuzzFest on Saturday, March 24th at 9AM and at 11AM on greenjacketsbaseball.com or by calling (706) 736-7889. BuzzFest is the official kick-off party for the 2018 season!
