The Chicago Steel fell to the Green Bay Gamblers 5-3 at the Resch Center on Friday night ... It was the first time this season Chicago had been out-shot by their opponent, trailing 31-29 in the category ... The Steel went 1-for-5 (20%) with the man advantage, the first time a team has scored on the power play against Green Bay this year ... Chicago successfully cancelled all three penalties it took in the loss.
Mathieu De St. Phalle registered a multi-point night with a goal and an assist in the loss.
Brendan Brisson scored his first goal for the Steel with a marker in the first period.
Sam Colangelo extended his point streak (2G, 2A) to four games with a marker in the middle frame.
Sean Farrell registered an assist, his third helper of the year.
Ian Shane stopped 26 shots in the net for Chicago.
