Graham MVP Finalist

The Central Hockey League announced the award finalist on Wednesday, and Americans forward Bruce Graham is one of the five nominated for CHL MVP.

Graham playing in his third season with the Americans leads the team in scoring despite missing the last few weeks with an injury. Graham in 43 games has 58 points. (25 goals 33 assists)

"Bruce Graham has been a huge part of our organization from the beginning", said Allen Americans Coach and GM Dwight Mullins. "Bruce was on his way to his best season ever with the Americans before being sidelined by injury."

The native of Moncton, New Brunswick is the Allen Americans all time leading scorer and is a three time CHL All Star with the Americans. Graham is one of four players on the Allen roster who has been with the club for all three seasons.

Graham is a former second round draft pick of the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League. He joined Allen in 2009 after playing under Americans Associate Coach Bill "Macker" McDonald with Dayton of the ECHL.

Other MVP finalist includes Evansville's Todd Robinson, Wichita's Matt Robinson, Rapid City's Shawn Limpright, and Quad City's Brandon Marino.

The winner will be selected by a vote from CHL Head Coaches and Communications Departments along with selected media members around the league.
