Gorillas Holding Turn Back The Clock Night

AMARILLO, TX – Amarillo hockey fans will want to pull out those old bell-bottom pants, the hip huggers, fancy shirts, gold chains and the big afro wigs this Saturday night as the Gorillas are holding ‘Turn Back The Clock Night' at The Jungle.

The Gorillas are hosting the San Angelo Saints for the first time this season at 7 p.m and fans can pick up $7 tickets (red and blue levels only) at the box office on game night, and there will be $1 hotdogs and $1 cokes.

The Gorillas players will also dress for the occasion, as they will dawn their special tie-dye jerseys which will be auctioned off in the Ape Escape immediately following the contest. The first 1,000 fans entering The Jungle will receive a puck courtesy of Hartman Roofing.

The Amarillo Gorillas have feasted upon Southern Conference teams this season with a record of 8-2. It has also been a great stretch for the Gorillas on home ice with an unbeaten mark of 7-0-0.

Tickets can be purchased in advance at the Civic Center Box Office, Panhandle Ticket Outlets including United Supermarkets, Randy's Music Mart and the WT Event Center in Canyon.
