
Golz Returns, Thiessen Suspended for One Game

Prince Albert Raiders News Release
Prince Albert, Saskatchewan - The Prince Albert Raiders have added 17 year-old affiliate left winger Kyle Golz to their roster for the remainder of the 2008-09 Western Hockey League season. Golz, from Surrey, BC appeared in two pre-season games before being assigned to Quesnel of the British Columbia Junior League September 8th.
Golz will wear #15 and will be available Friday when the Raiders host the Swift Current Broncos at 7:30 PM.
Thiessen Suspended One Game
The Western Hockey League has informed the Raiders that 19 year-old defenceman Garrett Thiessen has been suspended for one game as a result of the game misconduct he received Sunday in Swift Current.
