Glens Falls, New York -The Glens Falls Golden Eagles of the New York Collegiate Baseball League have released the 2012 promotion schedule. The Golden Eagles will be playing 24 home games beginning June 6th until August 1st with playoffs to start August 3rd. All home games will start at 7 PM except when noted.
On June 5th at 5:30 PM, the Glens Falls Baseball Boosters along with the Golden Eagles present the 2012 Golden Eagles Community Meet and Greet at East Field. All are invited to attend at no cost. Coach Mayotte will introduce the 2012 Golden Eagles including 2011 players, Neil Fryer and Jordan Keysor. Bring your family to enjoy a hot dog and a drink while getting to know the 2012 Golden Eagles.
The Golden Eagles will open the home schedule at East Field on Wednesday June 6, 2012 when the Eagles play host to the Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs. HEADRUSH will be featured on opening night, with a to be announced MMA fighter, sponsored by HEADRUSH. First pitch is scheduled for 7:00 pm.
Friday June 8th, the Golden Eagles play host to the Amsterdam Mohawks on TD Bank Night.
On June 11th, the Golden Eagles will be hosting the Oneonta Outlaws on Post Star Night.
On June 12th, the Golden Eagles will play the Cooperstown Hawkeyes on COLORTYME Night.
June 15th at 7:00 pm, the Eagles will play the Oneonta Outlaws in the 5th annual Price Chopper Supermarkets Reading Program game. All area schools that participate in the reading program have free entry to this game. Ask about how your class can participate and come to the game for free.
June 16th will be N.Y.S.C.O.P. B. A. Night as the Golden Eagles take on the Watertown Wizards.
On June 19th, the Eagles will take on the Newark Pilots on CSEA Night. Members of the CSEA are encouraged to contact their local president for tickets to the game. CSEA is a century of service by nearly 300,000 members providing the vital services all New Yorkers depend on.
June 20th, the Golden Eagles will host the Elmira Pioneers on BINGO Night. It is regular bingo with a twist added; the card will be filled based off of 51 potential occurrences over the course of the game.
June 23rd, the Golden Eagles will take on the Albany Dutchmen on HRCCU: All American Hero Night.
June 25th, Faith Night, the Golden Eagles will play the Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs.
June 27th The Golden Eagles will be taking on the Cooperstown Hawkeyes on Scout Night.
June 28th is Upstate Autism Night as the Golden Eagles host the Newark Pilots.
June 30th, the Golden Eagles will take on the Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs on Fitness (Health & Wellness Night).
On July 5th, the Albany Dutchmen will be in town on Byrd Brain's Birthday Night.
July 7th, the Golden Eagles will play the Watertown Wizards on Aaron's Night.
July 9th, Baseball Card Give-Away Night, the Golden Eagles will host the Albany Dutchmen.
July 16th, the American Cancer Society and Golden Eagles Strike Out Cancer will combine for Baseball vs. Cancer Night, when the Golden Eagles take on the Amsterdam Mohawks.
July 19th is both Adirondack Region Chamber of Commerce Night and Guiding Eyes: Bark in the Park Night as the Albany Dutchmen come to East Field.
July 21st- Amsterdam Mohawks
On July 22nd, the Golden Eagles will be playing the Albany Dutchmen on BINGO Night. The BINGO card will be based off of 51 potential different occurrences in the game.
July 26th- Amsterdam Mohawks
July 28th, the Golden Eagles will take on the Oneonta Outlaws on All American Properties Night.
July 30th- Watertown Wizards
On August 1st, the Golden Eagles' final home game of the season will be Host Family and Fan Appreciation Night as the Oneonta Outlaws will be in town.
