Wood Adds Top Notch Pitching Coach to Rapids Staff

November 19, 2018 - Watertown, NY - Newly appointed Rapids' Field Manager Mike Wood has found his Pitching Coach for the 2019 season in Sean Stacy. The Sugar Land, Texas native brings division I pitching and coaching experience to Watertown. Stacy is currently in his first season as Assistant Coach at Niagara University, members of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC). Former JCC Cannoneer to Manage Rapids on Field in 2019

October 30, 2018 - WATERTOWN, NY - St. Lawrence University assistant coach and former JCC Cannoneer captain Mike Wood will lead the Rapids on the field in 2019, it was announced today. In a press conference held at Jefferson Community College, Wood was introduced to Rapids fans and the community. Wood brings valuable experience from his young coaching career to the Rapids.
