NOLA Gold News Release
Rugby is a fast-paced and an exciting sport that is perfect for youth of all ages! It builds teamwork, discipline, integrity, and it is a great way for kids to make new friends. As a member of Major League Rugby NOLA Gold, and as the Youth Coordinator of NOLA Gold Rugby, I would like to invite youth ages 6-12 in the New Orleans area to our next youth sessions. We will be directly working with Louisiana Rugby to get the best coaches and sessions for your children. The program is open to both boys and girls for beginners to experienced players.
We are now registering for two 6-week youth rugby programs for boys and girls ages 6-12 beginning January 30th or Feb 2nd for the following:
Mondays 5:30 - 6:30
New Orleans City Park Rugby Pitch (Farnet Field)
6010 Marconi Dr, New Orleans, LA
Monday Registration
Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30
Westbank, Gretna Rugby Pitch
860 Gretna Blvd, Gretna, La 70053
Thursday Registrayion
The two teams will also have the chance to compete in the Mardi Gras Rugby Tournament on February 11th, 2023. More details to come! I would be happy to answer any questions you may have and to provide more information on how to get involved.
We look forward to seeing you at the pitch!
Sincerely,
George Sharpe
