Goaltender Kelly Guard reassigned to Binghamton

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Ottawa Senators today reassigned goaltender Kelly Guard to the club's American Hockey League affiliate, the Binghamton Senators.
This was the second emergency call-up of the season for Guard. The Prince Albert, Sask., native has served as the Senators' back-up goaltender in five games, most recently in last night's 4-0 win over the Florida Panthers.
In 31 games played this season in the AHL, Guard has nine wins, 16 regulation time losses and three shootout losses. The Prince Albert, Sask., native also has a 0.894 save percentage and 3.38 goals-against average.
