Gladiators to visit Civic and Business Groups

The Gwinnett Gladiators announced today the schedule for their "3rd Annual Civic Club Tour" which will begin on Wednesday August 31st and run until late October or early November.

Over the course of August, September and October, Team President Steve Chapman, Head Coach Jeff Pyle and Director of Community Relations Jim Hall will visit between 12 and 15 local Kiwanis and Rotary Clubs as well as a handful of Business Networking organizations throughout Gwinnett County and surrounding areas.

"Rotary and Kiwanis Clubs are well known for working in the local Communities to positively affect the lives of Children. Their Members are Community and Business leaders from all areas and walks of life, and they are great fans for the Gladiators organization" says Jim Hall, the teams Director of Community Relations. "Their focus is on improving the lives of Children, and they should be commended for all their hard work and dedication."

"The Local Business Networking groups also provide a great opportunity for Corporate and Group ticket sales support for the team" says Hall.

The Gwinnett Gladiators open the 2005-06 ECHL season at the Arena at Gwinnett Center hosting the Charlotte Checkers on October 21st. The Gladiators play all 36 home games at the Arena at Gwinnett Center located on Sugarloaf Parkway in Duluth and are the AA affiliate of the Atlanta Thrashers.
