Gladiators participate in Treasure Island Hotel & Casino's children's fantasy camp

Las Vegas, NV, January 20, 2005 â The Las Vegas Gladiators head coach Ron James, WR/LB Coco Blalock, QB Rod Robinson, OL/DL's Thaddeus Bullard and Wilky Bazile along with members of the Las Vegas Gladiators Goddesses attended Treasure Island Hotel & Casino's children's fantasy camp on Sunday, January 16.
The Treasure Island fantasy camp was held in the Treasure Island ballroom from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and was conducted for the hotel's employee's children. The camp featured more than 70 children performing different activities.
"Treasure Island has been a great partner for the Gladiators the past two seasons and this was an event that made us feel really good about our future with them," Las Vegas Gladiators General Manager Dan Dolby said. "The kids had a great time running around and interacting with the players."
James, Blalock, Robinson, Bullard and Bazile ran offensive and defensive football plays with more than 50 young men. Goddesses' Victoria the Goddess of Love and Sumayah the Goddess of Fire taught more than 20 young ladies dance routines that were performed in front of more than 200 people in attendance.
"I am pleased that our first ever Fantasy Football Camp held at the TI Grand Ballroom was such a success," Treasure Island Hotel & Casino President and COO Scott Sibella said. "Over 70 children of TI employees participated and they all had a great time, including my son, Chaise. I look forward to next year's football camp."
Treasure Island Hotel & Casino is the proud sponsor for the Gladiators first home game of the season on Sunday, January 30, against the Los Angeles Avengers at the Thomas & Mack Center.
The Gladiators third season at the Thomas & Mack Center kicks off on Sunday, January 30, 2005 at Noon against divisional rival Los Angeles Avengers. The game will be televised nationally on NBC.
