Gladiators looking for VP/Business Operations

Irvine, CA. Today it was announced that the 2007 expansion Orange County Gladiators have commenced their search to fill the key executive position of Vice President of Business Operations. This position will report directly to the President/Owner, David Clarke, and the role encompasses complete responsibility for the entire business operations of the team. Duties to include staff and intern recruiting, sponsorship, season and group ticket sales, management of external PR firm, responsibility for entire staff and more.

The ideal candidate will have served for several years for a professional sports team, either major or minor league and have extensive knowledge of developing, implementing and executing a business plan that achieves all financial goals within the budgetary parameters of an ABA team.

"The goal of the Gladiators is to be the #1 run minor league sports team in the country," stated Clarke. "Orange County presents a fantastic market for us to thrive and filling this position with the right person is a critical next step in us achieving our goals."
