Gladiators Announce Preseason Schedule

DULUTH, Ga. - The 2013-2014 Gwinnett Gladiators squad will get its first taste of live game action with two preseason exhibition match-ups leading up to the October 18th season opener. The Gladiators will travel to Charleston to face the South Carolina Stingrays on October 11th at the Carolina Ice Palace (7:05 p.m.), and will host the Greenville Road Warriors on October 13th at the Duluth Ice Forum (5:30 p.m.). Further details regarding events surrounding the game at the Ice Forum will be announced at a later date.

Atlanta's only professional hockey team will open the 2013-14 regular season the following weekend at the Arena at Gwinnett Center with back-to-back match-ups against Greenville on Friday, Oct. 18th and Saturday, Oct. 19th - faceoff both nights is at 7:05 p.m. Friday's Opening Night festivities will feature a pre-game ceremony to raise a 5th championship banner for permanent display above home ice, as the Gladiators commemorate their 2012-2013 South Division title.
