On Saturday, April 29 the Avengers will host a food drive before they play the San Jose SaberCats. Everyone who brings a non-perishable item to the game will be entered into a drawing to win an autographed football and four 2007 season tickets.
The mission of the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank is to mobilize resources to fight hunger in our community.
The Los Angeles Regional Foodbank is a private, nonprofit, charitable organization that has been serving the disadvantaged of our community for 33 years. We are at the heart of a charitable food distribution network that includes over 1,000 charities in Los Angeles County. A voluntary board of directors provides guidance and oversight for Foodbank activities.
