DENVER - The 2005 ArenaBowl Champion Colorado Crush prepare to welcome their 500,000th fan to Pepsi Center this Sunday, April 30th, when the Crush host the Orlando Predators at 3:45 p.m.

The achievement comes in just the Crush's fourth year of existence and at the team's 33rd home game at Pepsi Center. Colorado becomes the fastest franchise in the 20-year history of the AFL to reach the half million fan mark, besting the Arizona Rattlers, who reached this milestone in 36 games.

In the Crush's inaugural 2003 season, the team drew an AFL high 139,418 fans, recording sell-outs for all eight regular season home games.

"Reaching this number so quickly is truly a testament to Crush fans who have been so loyal and supportive of this team from day one," said Crush CEO and co-owner John Elway. "It is our goal as an organization to make sure this team is something that Crush fans can be proud of both on and off the field."

The Crush are planning to celebrate the 500,000th fan during their final regular season home game on Friday, May 12th against the Arizona Rattlers.

Crush single-game tickets start as low as $7. Tickets may be purchased by calling Ticketmaster at (303) 830-TIXS (8497), at Ticketmaster outlets or the Pepsi Center Box Office M-F 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Sat. 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
