
Gibbon's Cares Charity Pays for Intercity Children to Attend Newark Bears Baseball Clinic

Gibbons P.C. charity Gibbons Cares raised $1,454.00 for the Newark Bears to give 5 intercity children the opportunity to attend the Newark Bears Youth Baseball Clinic from August 22-25, 2011.
The Youth Baseball Clinic will be held at the Riverfront Stadium and will be taught by Bears players.
The four day clinic will include a t-shirt, lunch, snack, dinner and access to the Bears home games on Aug. 23rd, 24th and 25th.
The children will learn new techniques and improve their own skills.
One the last day of the clinic, Aug. 25th there will be a Home Run Baseball Derby mixed with Bears players and clinic participants.
The clinics and Home Run Derby will be open to the public by purchasing a ticket for that night's Newark Bear home game.
The Gibbon's Care charity efforts raised money by offering employees the option to pay $5 in order to wear jeans to work last Friday, Aug. 12th.
