Medicine Hat, AB - The Giants, playing without three of their top six defensemen, got themselves back in the win column with a thrilling overtime win in Medicine Hat Tuesday night.

1st Period:

VAN: Mazden Leslie opened the scoring on a rebound from a Samuel Honzek shot 14:58 into the opening frame.

2nd Period:

MH: Just 1:36 into the second, Brayden Boehm tied the game at one.

MH: Just over ten minutes later, Bogdans Hodass brought the Tigers ahead off a big rebound in the right circle.

3rd Period:

VAN: Giants captain Zack Ostapchuk scored on a one-timer with 5.3 seconds left in the game to send it to overtime.

OT:

VAN: Jaden Lipinski buried a breakaway 3:28 into overtime to end it in favour of the Giants.
