Motor City Mechanics Defensemen Chris Chelios has announced his roster of professional hockey players for Saturday's Charity hockey game against the Dearborn Police Department. Karen Newman will sing the Anthem and the Puck will drop at 7pm at the Dearborn Ice Skating Center. Proceeds will benefit Dearborn Police Charities. Less than 300 tickets remain! Tickets may be purchased FOR $ 10.00 at the Dearborn Police Station or the Dearborn Ice Skating Center. Don't forget your checkbook because the NHL Team's GAME WORN jerseys will be auctioned off after the game. The Mechanics will be selling Chuck-A-Pucks and giving away a # 7 Mechanics jersey autographed by Chris Chelios! The Dearborn Ice Skating Center is located at 14900 Ford Rd Dearborn, MI.
Chris Chelios' team will be coached by Dave Lewis Scheduled to play on Saturday for Chris Chelios' team of professionals are:
Motor City Mechanics: Derian Hatcher, Howell native Rick Smith, Mechanics UHL All Star Kevin Hansen, and Mechanics Goaltender, the UHL March and April Goaltender of the Month Rod Branch, Other NHL'ers and professional celebrities include, Doug Brown, Manny Legace, Nicklas Lidstrom, Kevin Hatcher,Dave Roberts, Ken Kal,Mike Krushelnyski, Joey Kocur, Dennis Hextall, Mickey Redmond, Jason Williams,Jason Wooley, Igor Larionov, and former Mechanics VP of hockey operations Garry Unger.
