>>SOUTHERN SUPREMACY
Since the AFL re-aligned in 2005, the winner of the Souther Division has represented the National Conference each year in the ArenaBowl. The Force captured the crown in 2005, but fell to the Colorado Crush, 51-48, in ArenaBowl XIX. Orlando finished the 2006 season atop of the division and appeared in ArenaBowl XX, where they fell to the Chicago Rush, 69-61. Georgia will look to continue the trend as they secured their second Southern Division Title in three seasons with a 54-33 win over the Columbus Destroyers in Week 14.
>>STREAKING FORCE
The Force have kept League calculators busy all season with record-breaking and milestone-passing performances seemingly every single week. Here is a look at some of the unbroken streaks at stake this Saturday in Austin:

56 - Consecutive regular season games DL Jermaine Smith has started.
44 - Consecutive regular season games Lee has recorded at least one reception.

>>FORCE DESTROY COLUMBUS, CLINCH DIVISION, 54-33
The Georgia Force (11-2) clinched the Southern Division Title with a 54-33 victory over the Columbus Destroyers (6-7). The Division championship marks the second in three years under the leadership of owner Arthur Blank and head coach Doug Plank. Georgia's 11th win of the season ties a single-season franchise-high that the team set in 2005 when they won the Southern Division and appeared in ArenaBowl XIX. QB Chris Greisen completed 20 of 27 pass attempts for 207 yards with six touchdowns earned Offensive Player of the Game for his efforts in the win. The win marked the 30th of Planks three-year coaching career, which ties John Gregory (30-10) for the most wins by a head coach in his first three seasons.
