
Generals travel to Port Huron tonight in the Colonial Cup playoffs

FLINT, MI - The Flint Generals of the United Hockey League travel to Port Huron for game #3 in the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals in the Colonial Cup Playoffs tonight at McMorran Arena at 7:05 p.m. The Generals are in a "must win" situation trailing the Beacons 2 games to 0 in the best three-out-of-five series.
"The first two games of the series are history and could have went either way," said Vice President/Head Coach, Robbie S. Nichols. "Our team has to focus on the task at hand tonight. We have to continue to work hard every shift, for every minute of this game. I expect another well played hockey game tonight and hope for a different outcome than that of the first two games in this series. Everyone knows what is at stake."
Game #4 in this series will be in Port Huron on Saturday, April 17, 2004 at 7:05 p.m. (Radio:WFNT-AM 1470 and Internet courtesy of Intouch Communications at 6:45 p.m.) The fifth and deciding game of this series is scheduled for Wednesday, April 21, 2004 at 7:05 p.m. at Perani's Hockey World Arena & Event Center.
