LAST GAME: Biloxi, Miss. - The Jackson Generals, the Double-A affiliate of Major League Baseball's Arizona Diamondbacks, failed to capitalize on a brilliant start on Saturday from right-hander Cole Stapler, dropping a 3-2 game in walk-off fashion to the Biloxi Shuckers at MGM Park. The loss drops Jackson (57-46) to a record of 13-16 in one-run games and 7-10 in games decided in the final at-bat.

TODAY'S PITCHING MATCHUP: Following a quality start in the opener by Cole Stapler, Matt Peacock will look to extend his July success on Sunday afternoon. Peacock is 4-0 this month with an ERA of 1.38, having induced 36 groundball outs over his last 26 innings. Cameron Roegner has bounced between starting and relief roles, always pitching at least three innings but never more than five in one day this year. His previous start against Jackson (on June 15) conceded five runs (four earned) over five innings. He walked 5 men that day, striking out 3.

GROUNDBALL BROTHERS: Right-handers Matt Peacock and Josh Green have each excelled in their last two starts. The pair worked a combined 14 innings against Mississippi without allowing an earned run while totaling 21 groundouts. Peacock & Green are #1 & #2 in GB rate (69%, 68%) among MILB pitchers with 60+ innings.
