Generals Acquire Brett Neumann from Frontenacs in Exchange for Nick Wong and Draft Selections

Oshawa, ON- The Oshawa Generals announced today they have acquired Brett Neumann from the Kingston Frontenacs in exchange for Nick Wong and draft selections.

Brett Neumann "This trade gives us an opportunity to have three players on our roster in the Top 16 in league scoring" said Vice President and General Manager Roger Hunt after the deal was announced. "It also gives Nick a fresh start in Kingston as he continues his OHL career. We'd like to thank Nick for his year and half as a General and wish all the best with his hockey career"
Neumann is in his 4th Ontario Hockey League season where he has already surpassed his season high point totals this year with 25 goals and 23 assists in 39 games. Neumann will make his first appearance in a Gens jersey Sunday when the team travels to Ottawa to play the Ottawa 67s. Game time is 2:00 PM from TD Place.
