
Gendron Helps Seacoast Mavericks Down Nashua Silver Knights 4-3

Ryan Gendron went 1-4 and hit a home run, sparking the Seacoast Mavericks (1-1) to a 4-3 victory over the Nashua Silver Knights (1-1) on Thursday at Leary Field.
He homered in the eighth innings.
Despite the loss, the Nashua Silver Knights' Kevin Magee dominated the Seacoast Mavericks' batters, giving up two runs and striking out six.
Evan Flanagan got the win, running his season record to 1-0. He allowed one run over three innings. Flanagan struck out one, walked two and gave up two hits.
Lucas Olen was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just three innings, walked none, struck out three, and allowed two runs.
