Matchup:
An old rivalry from Orlando's IHL days is rekindled tonight, as the Solar Bears face the Fort Wayne Komets for the first time as ECHL opponents. Orlando has played their last five games on the road, looking to bounce back in their return to the Amway Center tonight. A long road trip saw the Solar Bears fly out to the west coast for one game in southern California against the Ontario Reign and two straight games against the Las Vegas Wranglers. Fort Wayne is in the midst of a five game road trip which they began by splitting a pair of contests against the Gwinnett Gladiators. The Komets took the first of the two contests with a 4-3 win on November 28 before falling 3-1 last Friday.
