The Wheat Kings have just one home pre-season game this season and will wrap up the exhibition season on Saturday night in Winnipeg.

HUB HEARTBREAK
After finishing in second place in the East Division in each of the past two WHL seasons, the Winnipeg ICE are hungry to take the next step this winter. A veteran core of returnees, and highly-touted 2022 NHL Draft prospects Matthew Savoie and Conor Geekie make the ICE a team to keep an eye on in the Eastern Conference this season.
BATTLE OF MANITOBA BEGINS
After four tight games in the 'HUB' in Regina, the Wheat Kings and ICE are set to renew their provincial rivalry tonight. Although it is a pre-season game, tonight kicks off a stretch of four straight games vs one another. These two teams meet again tomorrow night to wrap up the exhibition season before a season opening home and home series next weekend.
