Anchorage Wolverines News Release
Wolverines Nation say it with me: WE. WANT. A. SWEEP.
It's a WOLVERINES GAME DAY! The Wolverines return to The Ben tonight to finish the series against the Kenai River Brown Bears.
Last night, the Wolverines defeated the Brown Bears with a 5-3 victory in Soldotna.
Romulus Riego de Dios found himself on the board twice last night, opening the first and third period with a goal.
Timothy Kim also grabbed his first NAHL goal last night. With only being rostered by the Wolverines for their past two games, Kim has put up three points for the team.
The win pushed the Wolverines into third place in the Midwest Division, surpassing the Minnesota Wilderness. The Brown Bears still reside in last place.
Carley Murray with Becca's Closet will be present at tonight's game collecting Prom dress, shoes and accessory donations. If you bring a donation, you will receive a 25% coupon for The Den.
We will also be handing out FREE TICKETS for next Sunday's (2/25/2024) game if you are wearing PINK tonight.
BMW raffle tickets will be available for purchase at tonight's game.
