Win And We're In
New day, new game, new barn, but the same opportunity awaits - a Winterhawks victory tonight sends them to the WHL Championship series for the first time in 10 years. Thursday's tough result in Game 5 means they'll have to do it on the road, but the Hawks are confident in their ability to finish the job in hostile territory. A strong bounce-back effort in Game 2 helped springboard a run of three straight Portland wins, and they'll be looking for another big response game as they hit the ice in PG tonight.
"We won a game up there already this series, so we know what it's gonna take. That fourth one is the hardest one to win, so we'll just be ready for that and come into their building strong."
