LA Galaxy News Release

CARSON, Calif. - The first of eighteen 2007 regular season Los Angeles Galaxy telecasts on FSN WEST airs Sunday, April 8 as the Galaxy face the defending MLS Cup Champion Dynamo in Houston. FSN WEST, the local destination for Galaxy team coverage, is also home to "Galaxy Live", a 30-minute pre-game show providing unmatched access to and expert analysis of the team.

FSN WEST Galaxy telecasts feature a new broadcast team in 2007. Jim Watson calls the action while Mark Rogondino adds commentary. A veteran broadcaster, Watson is a five-time Emmy Award-winner, who brings over 10 years of experience to the booth. This season marks Rogondino's first full season with the Galaxy and FSN WEST. Rogondino, who has also covered the English Premier League, Major League Soccer, International Friendlies, and various South American Club Tournaments, became part of the telecast team in 2005 when he served as the Galaxy's sideline reporter.

Joining Watson and Rogondino on the telecast will be sideline reporter Christine Nubla, who regularly contributes reports on the Anaheim Ducks, Los Angeles Kings and UCLA Bruin Basketball for FSN WEST and FSN PRIME TICKET.

The 2007 coverage of the Galaxy on FSN includes the "Galaxy Live" originating from The Home Depot Center and on the road. This season Watson and Rogondino go beyond the highlight reel to share fresh insight and analysis on recent team performances and the expectations of the game that night. The FSN WEST reporting team delivers the stories of the game as told by the playmakers themselves. Connected, original, fast-paced and fun, "Galaxy Live" on FSN WEST keeps Galaxy fans entertained and informed.
