
Galaxy players and Yolanda Perez to show off their skills in Corona

carson, CA (Monday, August 16, 2004) - Los Angeles Galaxy midfielders Peter Vagenas and Arturo Torres, along with Budweiser Hispanic Heritage Night performer Yolanda Perez will be putting on a skills demonstration for select members of Corona United Soccer Club on Tuesday, August 17. The demonstration will take place at Eagle Glen Community Park in Corona at 5 pm and will last for about an hour.
The Galaxy are proud to present the fourth annual Budweiser Hispanic Heritage Night on Saturday, August 21 at The Home Depot Center in Carson. In conjunction with that evening's 7:00 pm match against the Chicago Fire, fans will be treated to music, food and more. Several local musical groups will be entertaining fans before the game and Perez, a Corona native, is performing after the match.
The first 10,000 fans attending this week's game against the Fire will receive a Galaxy seat cushion, courtesy of SBC. For more information or to order tickets, please call the Galaxy ticket office toll-free at 1-877-3GALAXY.
