
Furman Player Signs to Triumph for 2022 Season

Greenville Triumph SC News Release
Greenville, SC -The Greenville Triumph Soccer Club has announced the signing of midfielder, Miles Fenton pending league and federation approval. The Furman player begins his professional career at Greenville having just completed his final collegiate season in 2021. Fenton began practicing with the team in early April.
The Wilmslow, England native started and played in a total of 68 matches for Furman, earning 5,465 minutes on the pitch. As a Paladin, he recorded eight goals and 12 assists over four seasons. Fenton was named to the All-SoCon Conference Second team in 2021 and 2019. The midfielder garnered Southern Conference All-Freshman honors, helped Furman to the SoCon Tournament title and an NCAA Tournament second round appearance in 2018.
"We've kept an eye on Miles at Furman under Doug Allison's coaching the last few years, and we've seen the growth," said head coach John Harkes. "He's a technically clean, aggressive player with great vision and great qualities. He will be a great addition to our club."
Fenton joins the Triumph squad ahead of tonight's home match, against Chattanooga. Single match tickets for tonight's match and season tickets are available to purchase.
