There is no rest for the Frost Heaves as they take on the Halifax Rainmen in an afternoon showdown today in Halifax. It is the return of Eric Crookshank to the lineup for the Rainmen so there should be quite a buzz in the crowd. The Frost Heaves record now stands at 7-3 overall, tied for first place in the Atlantic Division with Manchester. Today's game against Halifax will be web cast and can be seen by clicking here or visiting the Frost Heaves website at vermontfrostheaves.com. Game time is set for 3:00 p.m. EST.
