Free Admission for Friday, May 17 Exhibition Game

The Pioneers are pleased to announce a new admission plicy for their pre-season game.

"We are making general admission tickets free for our exhibition game this Friday against Brockton," said general manager Pat McKernan. "It's a wonderful gesture by the new ownership group in appreciation of all the wonderful support we have already received from our fans and sponsors."

Fans can get their free tickets at the Dunn Field ticket window prior to the Pioneers game Friday, May 17 vs. the Brockton Rox.

The ticket window will open at 6. The game is scheduled to begin at 7:05.

"Fans from all across the Twin Tiers are excited for baseball season to begin," stated McKernan. "We invite everyone to take advantage of this wonderful opporunity to watch Pioneers baseball for free."

The May 17 contest will be the Pioneers lone exhibition game of the season. Tickets are currently on sale for the regular season opener Friday, May 24 against Brockton. That night will feature a spectacular fireworks extravaganza sponsored by Elmira Savings and Loan. Great season ticket packages good for all 45 Pioneers regular season home games are currently available also.
