Forward Madison to Pay for Fans' Tickets to Playoff Game

Forward Madison FC will buy tickets for fans that are traveling to its playoff game against North Texas SC this weekend, the team announced Tuesday. Although the game is being played in Frisco, Tex., supporters who make the journey will be rewarded with admission paid for by the Flamingos.
According to Forward Madison COO Conor Caloia, covering fans' tickets is part of the club's responsibility to take care of its supporters.
"Our fans have done so much to make this team special in our first season, so we want to give back to them as much as possible," Caloia said. "We know some of our fans are planning on making the trip to Texas, so we wanted to find a way to thank them."
Forward Madison clinched its spot in the USL League One playoffs last Saturday by defeating Lansing Ignite FC 1-0. If the Flamingos can beat North Texas SC this Saturday, they will advance to the USL League One Final.
