SETTING THE STAGE: Tonight's game is the third in a six game season series between the Brahmas and the Blazers...Both of the previous two games between Fort Worth and Oklahoma City this season have been played here in Fort Worth...Oklahoma City spoiled the Brahmas home opener on Saturday, Nov. 1 with a 4-0 shutout win...In their last meeting, forward Justin Williams scored two goals to lead Fort Worth to a 4-1 win on Thursday, December 11, 2003...Following tonight's game, Fort Worth and Oklahoma City will next meet on January 31 at Oklahoma City...The Brahmas are 6-8-1 all time against the Blazers, 5-4-0 on home ice...The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders will be at the game tonight, performing during both the first and second intermissions.

FORT WORTH NOTES: A win tonight for the Brahmas would be their season high fourth in a row...The Brahmas won for the third consecutive time last night, defeating the San Angelo Saints 4-3 in overtime on home ice...Center Aaron Davis was the hero for the Brahmas, scoring a goal in the third period and then netting the overtime game winner 2:23 into the extra session...Right wing Joey Bastien scored the other two Brahmas goals in the game, and center Jeremy Vanin added two assists...Left wing Chad Woollard, the Brahmas team captain and leading scorer, will miss tonight's game as he serves the second of a two game CHL issued suspension...Goaltender Brent Belecki, acquired on Friday night in a trade with the Corpus Christi Rayz has signed a contract and is expected to start in net tonight for Fort Worth...To make room for Belecki on the Brahmas roster, netminder Erasmo Saltarelli has been placed on the 14 day injured reserve list.

OKLAHOMA CITY NOTES: The Blazers are making their third trip of the season to Fort Worth on the heels of a 5-0 shutout loss last night in Memphis...Oklahoma City managed 32 shots on net in the game, but could not get anything past RiverKings netminder Mike Minard...The game was a rough one, as their were a total of ten major penalties combined on the two teams...Oklahoma City is just 3-5-2 in their last ten games, but they still are in second place in the Northwest Division...Two players, Marty Standish and Ryan Watson, lead the Blazers in goals with 16...Left wing Charlie Elezi is third in the CHL in major penalties with 19.
