
Former Spitfires Coach Bob Jones Diagnosed with ALS

The entire Windsor Spitfires organization sends their thoughts and best wishes to 2 time Memorial Cup Champion Bob Jones and his family at this time.
The family has asked those considering a donation, to view both the ALS Society of Canada and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Ownership Group Statement:
"Bob is currently a coach in the NHL with the Ottawa Senators and spent 20 seasons in the OHL, 8 of which were behind the Windsor Spitfires bench helping to win two Memorial Cups. Bob is a leader, mentor and friend to many in our community and the Windsor Spitfires offer him encouragement and support and as he goes public with the challenges of this illness."
