Forge FC Clinch 2022 CPL Playoffs Spot

Forge FC has become the second club to clinch a spot in the 2022 Canadian Premier League Playoffs after defeating York United FC on October 1. Forge has yet to miss the CPL Playoffs in each of its four seasons and has raised two North Star Shields following title wins in 2019 and 2020.

Forge FC will host a semi-final playoff match at Tim Hortons Field on either Saturday, Oct. 15 or Sunday, Oct. 23, depending on where the club sits in the CPL's regular season standings on Sunday, Oct. 9. If Forge finishes in third or fourth place, the club will host the first leg of the semifinal on Saturday, October 15. If Forge finishes in first or second place, the club will host the second leg of the semifinal on Sunday, Oct. 23.
